These terms govern your use of Adult Web Hosting's hosting and web design services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptable use

Our hosting is built for lawful adult-industry websites operating in compliance with South African law. Content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or otherwise illegal material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Billing

Hosting plans are billed monthly in advance in South African Rand (ZAR). There is no long-term contract; you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Uptime & support

We target 99.9% infrastructure uptime, monitored continuously. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Support is available by phone and email during business hours listed on our contact page.

Data & backups

Daily backups are included on Professional and Business plans as described on our Hosting page. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of critical content.

Liability

Adult Web Hosting provides infrastructure and design services on an "as available" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
